Returns and Exchanges
At In Shapee, we want you to feel completely comfortable and confident with your purchase.
While we uphold the highest hygiene standards, we also understand that sometimes, things may not work out as expected.
What’s Eligible for Return/Exchange
We offer a no-questions-asked return or exchange on Bras, Saree Shapewear, and Bodycon Dresses only, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All tags and labels are intact
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a home pickup for your convenience.
Please note: applicable shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be initiated once your bank details are shared and verified, within 7–10 working days after pickup.
- Store Credit: You can choose to receive a credit note via your registered email ID, which can be used for future purchases.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Shapewear
- Bodysuits and brief bodysuits
- Underwear / Shorts
- Accessories
If any of these items are delivered defective or damaged, please contact us immediately — we’ll ensure it’s resolved on priority.
